Do you have organic produce?

Yes!  We are currently working on a delivery schedule since there is a 2-day turnaround for delivery.  In the meantime, please email us or visit the contact us page for pricing and availability.

Can I place an order over the phone?

OF COURSE. Please give us a call during regular business hours and we will be happy to help you the “old fashioned” way 912-629-5111.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa. All payments must be in U.S. funds.  We also offer gift certificates in denominations of $25, $50, $75 and $100.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Depending on your zip code, you can choose the date and time (2 hour slots) for delivery.  Click here for delivery information.  Please ensure that we have all your correct contact information. Please note: Shipping delays may be experienced due to severe weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes, tornadoes, severe snow or rain storms, flooding, etc.). These situations are considered to be out of our control and are not eligible for refunds of shipping charges.

What if I am not happy with my order?

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the quality of an item in your epicure box, let us know and we will make it right! Keep in mind, we don’t buy fruit for looks, we buy for intense, mouth watering flavor. You may see scarring or growth marks from time to time, but they have no impact on the incredible taste of fruit!

Am I required to sign some kind of long term contract?

No Way! NLaws@Home is a pay as you go company. Unless you join as a member there is nothing to sign but your credit card receipt!

What if I do not want to input my credit card number through the Internet to place an order?

Our ordering system utilizes state-of-the-art data encryption to ensure that your personal information will never be viewed by any unauthorized individuals. Although we encourage you to place your order online, you may also call us and we will take your order over the phone.

What if the recipient is not at home when the package is delivered?

You are not required to be at home when your package arrives.  You can select the date and time (2 hour slots) for your delivery.  Some of your items are perishable and we encourage you to bring the package indoors as soon as possible.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?

Not at this time but who know what the future will bring!

What is your policy on allergens?

Right now, we don’t have a policy in place to use separate boxes for members with sensitivities. You could choose to order a box that did not contain an item that you are allergic to. However, we couldn’t guarantee that there wasn’t residue in any box since they are recycled back to us each week from members.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes. For hospital delivery, please include the recipient's room number and ensure that the recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. For patients in critical care, receipt of produce baskets may not be allowed - please contact the hospital before ordering to inquire about their policies.

How can I ensure my gift will be shipped on a specific date?

Ground shipping* does not ensure delivery on a specific date. It can take up to 7 business days to deliver your gift depending on the destination and time of year (delivery times during the holiday season are typically longer). 2-day or 3-day shipping options will ensure delivery by the end of the day on the selected delivery date.

My order wasn't delivered on time. I would like a refund. How should I proceed?

Please contact our customer service at 912-629-5111 so that we may help to resolve the issue. But please be aware that Shipping delays may be experienced due to severe weather conditions. What are your hours of operation?

You may order online or by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We are closed on New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
